Life is uncertain and mysterious and situations in life remind us of it. At this time, I’d be dealing with a circumstance that led me to ponder, “what was I made for?” Typically what comes are a spew of remarks that translate into me feeling as if I am the victim. Though, at that moment, a voice somewhere inside of me stated, very clearly, “ trust your gifts, develop them, and then broadcast them as best as you can.” So, I began generating ideas from a place of curiosity, which happened through the mediums of writing and drawing. That process gave birth to profound insights that literally provoked so much clarity and fulfillment within me. Quickly, I recognized that Art can be a way in which insights are gained, not just words. As my wondering continued, I cultivated a vision of creating something that embodied the knowledge that I’d gained from my experiences in life. Which led me to the number 9, my life path number.

During the process of developing Nyne, fear appeared and that caused confusion. To gain clarity, I turned to meditation. Moments later, a voice (my intuition, my soul, are names I like to refer to it as) spoke to me, “NYNE is literally who you truly are. There is no need to act like something you are not to make this blossom, it is a representation of the most authentic version of you, literally your calling. And you have been gifted with an ability to explain yourself in a clear manner and can do that through medium of creative writing. All you must do now is continue to improve in these areas. Always stay curious and remember that you are boundless.” Got It! Popping my eyes open I felt a deep sense of ease shroud my body. I did not have to be a chameleon in the space of NYNE, I can just be me!
Pushing forward, the LLC had been created. Followed by hours and hours of developing new skills because, prior to this, I’d never designed an entire website. Though, that didn’t stop me. The last part came easily, filling the website with words and images that encompass a boundlessness. Clicking publish, NYNE had been fully dressed and, on its own two feet, marched out into the massive world!

Sharing my creative writings with the world felt like a dream come true. I didn’t care who read or didn’t read it. I knew that I was living my purpose and readers would come. And readers did come! It was such a marvelous feeling that shrouded my being. Overcoming the doubts of sharing my spirituality journey, too, had not been easy but I felt it in my soul that so many people could benefit from my experiences.
Limitations will persuade you to question yourself, and your abilities. Afterall, that is one function of its purpose. Deep within, I knew that building the website in a way that was true to me had been a limitation that I broke through. Though, I began to realize that that limitation hadn’t revealed itself through NYNE, in the way that I initially imagined it would. I’d felt stuck and unsure what to do about it. The vision that initially took place had become stale. This is where I began to play more and re-imagine what NYNE could be, and how to design the website in a way that captures boundlessness in its entirety.
Returning to my practice of meditation, again, that voice of intuition spoke to me, but this time it was in the form of a memory. Five years ago, in a conversation with a dear friend of mine, he had told me that he created a web design company and that if I ever needed any guidance on building out my company that I could always reach out. At that moment, I provided an emphatic “ I got you!” Though, life had presented me with other challenges at that time which needed my undivided attention. Even though our friendship blossomed over time, I never took him up on that invitation.
As the scene slipped away, I immediately took action. Emphatically typing out a message full of enthusiasm and he responded matching that energy, and the magnificent creative process of redesigning NYNE began!

The process materialized into pages and pages of words that helped capture the new vision I’d desired for NYNE. From there, the re-branding process began. A plethora of strategic meetings which included presentations of drafts of concepts, and suggestions for revisions. This lasted for several months. My vision never wavered and neither did the desire to bring it to life. If you are reading these words, then, you are experiencing the final product that captures the idea of collaboration as a form of elevation. Like all things in life, change is constant, so please know that so much more is coming, SOON!
